The Road to London Ran Through Colorado Springs
Andrea arrived in London in top form. At the USA Cycling Masters Track National Championships here at home at the Colorado Springs Velodrome in August, she rode a 1:08.078 in the Women's 35–39 1000m Time Trial, setting both a national record and a world's best performance. A year earlier at 2025 Nationals, she teamed with Caitlin Treat and Nao Nozawa as "Cosmic Force" to win the Women's 35+ Team Sprint national title in national-record time.
As if those achievements weren't impressive enough in only her second year of competition, she is believed to be the first Filipino American cyclist ever to win a cycling World Championship.
We are so proud of Andrea's dedication to challenging herself and inspiring us all. Congratulations, Andrea!
